Pick Filters
Pick filters are used to limit selectable entities to a specific type. If many entities overlap or are close together, using the proper pick filter will make selecting the right entity easier.
As you move the cursor over entities, those that meet the active pick filter will highlight, while others will not (use during Object Editing). The pick filter only applies to selecting entities from the graphics window. See below for more information about each Pick Filter tool.
